The MyVincha approach stands out because of its methodology, which is a combination of affirmations, visualisations and letting go. The affirmations are straight-forward and concrete. Normally, the process takes 3 steps:
The first step consists of a thought about an affirmation or saying the affirmation to yourself, 2-3 times during 5 minutes of meditation. The second consists of visualising a part of the body or the particular concept the individual is meditating for. The third consists of letting go while relaxing in a flow state.
For example: ‘May my nervous system be optimised’ and for this particular meditation, the visualisation is a mental exercise where an individual imagines the brain and then practices letting go in the flow of meditation.
There are also meditations that contain the first and third step only, without visualisation. Our methodology is based on a very well known concept: energy goes where attention goes. This methodology offers a way to manage and direct energy towards business goals. Each individual will undoubtedly feel a tangible impact in his/her life from meditating. However, the speed of how the change manifests depends on the energetic potential of the individual and his/her ability to let go.
