Does compassion exist in business? Is it possible to be productive at work while taking the well-being of our colleagues into consideration? Compassion is a state of being where an individual acts from the awareness of others emotions and thoughts in ways that help reduce their pain. At the workplace compassion can come in the form of helping a colleague overcome an issue, emotion or thought that is overwhelming or paralyzing them. Ultimately, business is built on human connection and collaboration, of which empathy and compassion are an irrefutable part.

MyVincha business applied meditation helps develop compassion at the workplace. The intention of the program is to create a bond between colleagues through teamwork and their alignment of individual and collective goals.
