How many sessions do I need?

The total number of sessions needed as well as the s frequency of sessions depend on the individual. A MyVincha expert may provide advice regarding the number of frequency of sessions However, the final choice is yours exclusively.

How to access the online session?

When booking a session, you will be asked to provide your Skype ID. A MyVincha expert will call you via Skype at the defined (booked) time.

How to book a session?

To book a session, please click on this link and follow the process step by step. The session is only booked when you see the booking confirmation message on your screen and when you get the booking confirmation via email.

How to cancel a session?

To cancel an already booked session, please click on the button “Cancel my booked session” in the email with the booking confirmation sent to the email address which you provided during the booking, and follow the further instructions. The session will be considered cancelled once you receive an email confirmation of the cancellation.

Cancellation and refund conditions?

a) If you have checked the box “I disclaim my right to withdrawal” during the registration process for the session, you will be able to cancel the already booked session with a full refund (100%) up until the scheduled time of the session.

b) If you didn’t check the “I disclaim my right to withdrawal” option during the registration process for the session, the following policy applies:

  1. If cancelled up to 24 hours in advance (prior to the beginning of the session) the full amount of money paid for the session will be refunded.
  2. If cancelled between 24 hours in advance (prior to the beginning of the session) and 2 hours in advance (prior to the beginning of the session) you will be charged 50% of the price and 50% will be refunded to you.
  3. If cancelled 2 hours or less from the beginning of the session, there will be no refund – you will be charged 100%.
How to request a refund?

After you cancel a session, please open the contact form (link provided in your confirmation email when the session was booked), select the refund option in the drop-down menu and kindly send a message to us. The message must include your session booking ID. Once we identify you in our database and can confirm that you meet the refund criteria defined in this document, we will respond to you accordingly. Please note that without the session ID provided in your refund request, the refund request will be considered as incomplete and the refund will not be considered.

Can I reschedule an already booked session?

To reschedule an already booked session, you will have to cancel the previously booked session and  schedule a new session. For instructions on how to cancel your already booked session, please refer to the answer to “How to cancel the session”.

How many sessions can I book at once?

Only one session can be booked at once. For each additional session, you will have to start the booking process from the beginning.

How many sessions can I cancel at once?

You can cancel only one session at once. For each additional booked session which you would like to cancel you will have to cancel it separately.

How far in advance can I book a session?

A session can be booked maximum 90 days in advance.

How soon in advance can I book a session?

A session can be booked minimum 3 days in advance (72 hours).
